Aviation Security Checkpoint Procedures and Implementation

This is the initial version of an Airport Security CVPI, featuring three standard skins and one Heavy Weapons Unit skin.

It's recommended to replace the Sheriff car used for airport patrols with this CVPI. This will ensure that when backup is requested, realistic LSPD units respond to assist.

To replace the Police car, simply rename the files.
