Authentic Train Skins for Walter's Enhanced Locomotives

This mod introduces 15 new, lore-friendly liveries for the streak, streak42, streakcoaster, streakc, and streakcab trains from the Overhauled Trains pack. It features D-RAIL (12 textures) and Los Santos Transit (3 textures) designs for these trains and wagons, drawing inspiration from Amtrak and Caltrain paint jobs while remaining consistent with the game's lore.

These "new passenger trains" are added to the game, not replacing existing ones. They will operate and spawn alongside Walter's GO Loco and Brown Streak units, providing the people of San Andreas with more diverse transportation options.
