Automatic Installation:

Open OpenIV and click on the "Open Package Installer" at the top. Then select the .oiv file (located in the "Auto Installation" folder).

Manual Installation:

Navigate to the following directory: gta5>mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>patchday3ng>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf and replace mule+hi.ytd & mule.ytd
