Tip: You need a Mods folder with the specific contents. Tutorial by TopMods.

All four files must be inserted into the following folder using Openiv:

"mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf"
