OpenIV and a way of selecting the yankton plate is a must.
Manual install and a veshare are provided.

To Replace, go to the location and simply replace the veshare ytd.
Want to change the license plate letter colours?! Check out my carcols mod.

To manually install, you can name the license plates provided with the same name that you want to replace in veshare.
Replace the plate _n images and yankton _n image with the _n image provided.
