American Vehicle Registration Plates
I created US Government License Plates for use in the game and hope you enjoy them!
Installation: Open OpenIV, navigate to x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf, and locate vehshare.ytd. Replace it with the vehshare.ytd file provided.
V2 Update: Adds more license plate options (NOOSE, FIB, IAA) that can be switched by replacing them within VehShare.ytd.
