Replace all files (except xxx.xml) in GTAV Root Folder/(Mods)/update/x64/dlcpacks/[latest patchday]/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf/[whatever slot the car is in.ytd]
Delete all xxx_sign [except xxx_sign_1]
Place xxx.xml in GTAV Root Folder/ELS/pack_default
