Start OpenIV Software & Enable Edit Mod & Go This Location Using OpenIV: x64e>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf
Drag & Drop you Extracted Car Mod & Texture Files into OpenIV.
Disable Edit Mod & exit in OpenIV & After Play GTA V.
