Installation

1. Use OpenIV to make these changes.
2. Add new livery using: OpenIV Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\abtrsr_rs7c8\dlc.rpf\x64\vehicles.rpf\
3. Drag the "livery" folder map into 23rs7.ytd
