Make sure you download the latest ENB Binaries from enbdev.com - http://enbdev.com/download_mod_gta5.htm
Drag and drop in the files in your gtav folder. (Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V)
Then drop in my file and you're good to go.
