This is my first loading screen that i have created. And decided to make one for vice city overhaul.

Installation..

Open up OpenIV and go to

\mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data\cdimages\scaleform_frontend.rpf\ and replace the loadingscreen_startup.ytd.

Make sure to backup the original file before replacing.
