Vehicle Signals and Environmental Impact

This modification enables flashing headlights on emergency vehicles. Brake lights flash exclusively on the Fire Truck, Ambulance, Lifeguard, Police Interceptor, Police Transporter, Police Roadcruiser, and Police Rancher.

It's important to note that Ambulance headlights do not flash due to a visual glitch that arises during flashing. Police Interceptor headlights are also exempt from flashing because it already possesses "flashing headlights".

• Replace the "carcols.ymt" file located in "mods/update/update.rpf/x64/data".

• Deactivated flashing headlights on both the Police Transporter and Police Rancher.
• Modified the color of the "flashing headlights" on the Police Interceptor.

• Increased the beats per minute (bpm) for the Police Interceptor.
