Unpredictable Occurrences

This modification decreases the waiting time between the game's pre-existing random crimes initiated by non-player characters, such as police chases, jaywalking, and gang confrontations.

Ver 1.1 Hotfix:
Corrects an issue where police pursuits were occurring more frequently than intended.

Installation:
1. Download OpenIV
2. Drag and drop the randomevents.ymt file to Grand Theft Auto V/x64a.rpf/data/tune or Grand Theft Auto V/mods/x64a.rpf/data/tune
3. Run GTA V
4. Enjoy

Tested on 1.0.3095 game version.
