Ulhoa's Enhanced ENB Preset for QuantV 3.0 (Ultra/High Settings)

Attention!
These are my ENB settings for QuantV 3.0. They feature no saturated graphics or exaggerated rain puddles, and there are no FPS losses or excessive weight in the game. This preset runs very well on my GTX 1080TI AORUS 11GB video card, achieving about 60fps with all settings on ultra.
