The Universal Scream

I was feeling uninspired and decided to swap one of the male death sounds for the iconic Wilhelm scream.

Here's how to install it:

1. You'll need OpenIV.
2. Then, navigate to mods/x64/audio/sfx/s_misc.rpf.
3. Simply drag and drop the file, and you're good to go.

Now have fun sending those enemies packing!
