When you install it you will not get a .rar or .zip file but an .oiv file.
You have to open it with OpenIV (https://openiv.com/WebIV/guest.php?get=1).
I previously uploaded a loading screen from Tesla. (https://www.gta5-hub.com/misc/tesla-loading-screen-4k-replace-belland)
But sometimes you didn't get Tesla images but images that said IMAGE.
You don't have this in this loading screen.
Because I started the game 15 times and never got it.
