Usage:
Install Reshade to GTA5.exe and avoid ALT TABbing in game
Adjust your own settings to lower VRAM usage for improved performance
The settings.xml file might require tuning, as the initial configuration is set to maximum. Installation:
Place all files into the root folder of your installed GTAV game directory.
Reshade comes with installation instructions; follow them and replace your original settings.xml file located in Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V.
A modified settings.xml file will be provided to enhance safety and reduce lag, but further tuning may be necessary. Note:
The images are converted and captured on a large monitor.
Ensure that MSAA, TXAA, and FXAA are disabled in the settings.xml file as they can cause compatibility issues with depth3d.
Lowering the main quality setting in settings.xml is recommended for most GPUs due to the high VRAM usage (over 4GB). Future Plans:
