Ryftix's High Dynamic Range Nighttime Graphics Enhancement

This is my next Reshade Preset designed for use with QuantV and/or NVE (NVR).

1. Extract the contents of the rar file.
2. Drag the "Ryftix HDR Night Preset.ini" file into the "GTA/reshade-shaders/presets" folder. Create the "Preset" folder if it doesn't exist.
3. Install Reshade and ensure you download all available effects.
