i recorded a bunch of reverse flash dialogues. i have a few cool ones for savitar. there is a total of 7 in this file. you need to install the voiceplayer mod for it to work. https://www.gta5-hub.com/scripts/voice-player i didnt make it so blah blah no copyright and all that.
Install: to install it go into Grand Theft Auto V\scripts\Voice Player then make a folder with the model name of the ped. for example i have it in the folder DarkFlash which is the model name of the earth x reverse flash.
