Proposal for Enhanced Security Measures: Implementation of Temporary Martial Law

In this mod the LSPD, LSSD, NOOSE and FIB are replaced by the US Armed Forces.

4 Stars - Chased by MP Buffalos and MP Grangers. Crusaders (Army and MP Tactical Units) join the chase. A Valkyrie is called in to assist. Roadblocks are made of MP Buffalos, MP Grangers, and Barracks.

5 Stars - Chased by MP Buffalos, MP Grangers, and Crusaders (Army and MP Tactical Units).
