Previous Generations Overlooked Audio Quality in Music Production and Playback

First, you need OpenIV.asi.

---INSTALL---
IMPORTANTE: Go into edit mode and make copies to your mods folder first!!!!!!!

---SINGLEPLAYER WASTED--- - go to x64/audio/sfx/SCRIPT - import offmission_wasted.oac

---MULTIPLAYER WASTED--- -go to x64/audio/sfx/SCRIPT - import mp_wasted.oac -go to update/update.rpf/x64/audio/sfx/dlc_gtao (They moved MPWasted here for some reason) - import snacks.oac

---SINGLEPLAYER MISSION FAILED--- -go to x64/audio/sfx/RESIDENT - import frontend.oac

--- IMPORTANT FOR MP ----
If you want to play MP with these audio files, you need a bypass for OpenIV.
You'll have to find it yourself, since I cannot provide that.
