This is my personal Reshade Preset. It's really simple actually and is designed for use with VisualV.
FPS hit is between 0-10 depending on the scene.

Features

• Sharpened image for clearer textures.

1. Install VisualV. Though not required, it is recommended.
2. Install the latest Reshade.
   
3. Make sure to download and install stock effects when installing Reshade.
4. Extract PieTriesPreset.7z to the root directory of your GTA.
5. Select PieTriesPreset in Config menu.
6. Enjoy
