No stranded Whale and Shark:
Go to:
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpheist4\dlc1.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\mph4_island\mph4_island.rpf
Type "whale" in the search bar and delete all files. Do the same process with "shark".
Done. Enjoy the new HD Beach in Cayo Perico.
