not any changes to the rain falling on the ground was made

INSTALL

Use OpenIV click Editmode

Go to common.rpf/data/levels/gta5/ and Replace Weather.XML

Go to common.rpf/data/levels/gta5/weather and Replace thunder_render_drop thunder_render_ground

Go to update / update.rpf / common / data / timecycle and Replace w_thunder
