Ontario 'Inspired' plates from 2014 (as per sticker)

making Los Santos a little more like Canada!

These plates have some fantasy aspects, due to the games plate signaturing.

the 'DEALER' plate looks best changed with north_yankton

i will update once i can find better looking (than what i already found) 2017 sticker.
