this mod is basically a config file for thor mod from The Thor Team: JDHauser & stillhere
install thor mod from

download and install the thor mod and put the config file in
scripts>Thor files

use addon skin for opm from
RX1StrideR
https://www.gta5-hub.com/player/saitama-one-punch-man

and enable powers

superman , flash, captain America , thor ,wolverine , ironman , etc can be killed with one punch. Hulk does not die with one punch when enemy . besides it works fine . Have fun
