Oil Industry's Ominous Billboards

TerrOil is promising you OIL! But be warned, they use "just cause" operations around the globe with domestic and international associates (like IAA, FIB, armed forces, and PMCs like Merryweather Security) to ensure their supply. Your electricity, cars, machines, heating, cooling... and those insane multibillion offshore accounts need constant feeding. You're paying for it!

Two new TerrOil billboard ads have been added to the GTA HD Universe: - One in Downtown (city) and another on Joshua road (Blaine County)! These ads are designed in a satirical and sarcastic spirit, with fitting colors and realistic dirt/weathering effects. You even have two options for the Blaine County billboard: with just dirt and discoloration or with heavy weathering effects too!
