Installation:

1. Extract the vehicles.awc file to your desktop (or wherever you prefer)
2. Use Open IV and navigate to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64\audio\sfx
3. Open up RESIDENT.rpf
4. Enable edit mode and right-click on the vehicles.awc file, choose replace
   
5. Navigate to wherever you placed the vehicles.awc (the one from the download) and choose it
6. Disable edit mode and you are good to go!
