Norway Flag x64c and x64u version!

Hello! I looked around, and I couldn't find any Norwegian flag retextures...so I made one! Simple.

I want to make stuff that no one has done yet, no matter how simple it is. Also, I just wanted the Norwegian flag haha I'd appreciate feedback and suggestions!

NOTE:
-I don't speak/read/write Norwegian.
So If you don't use English, I'll try to reply with translators....
