This modification will simply get rid of the Rockstar intro logos when you launch the game.

It will not touch the various EULA and policies coming after it. For now.

How does it work :

It simply replaces the original rockstar_logos.bik file with a one second dummy, blank one.

How to install :
                                                  

1. Start OpenIV
2. Tools > Package Installer
3. Select GTA V No Intro OIV 1.1.zip
4. Select "mods" folder for the install location
5. Let the Installer do everything for you
