No Right Turns on Red (Corrected)

This modification stops cars from turning right on red lights in the game. It's mainly for roleplaying in Europe because turning right on a red light is against the law in many European countries. Normally, cars can turn right on red at most intersections in the game. This mod changes that!

Installation Instructions

Go to the main folder of your OpenIV program. Drag and drop the .OIV file into the OpenIV window.
