Mod that disables horn sound of vehicles.
Simply with the corresponding audio files
"replaced" by silent (soundless) audio files.

OpenIV software

Installation:

.1
-with OpenIV
-in x64/audio/sfx/RESIDENT.rpf
-right click on "vehicles.awc"
-left click on "Export to openFormat (.oac)"
-choose a Destination folder...

.2
-copy all files in "EditedAudioFiles" folder
-and paste them on the precedently exported "vehicles" folder

.3
-with OpenIV (in Edit mode)
-in x64/audio/sfx/RESIDENT.rpf
-left click on "New"
-left click on "import openFormat"
-select the "vehicles.oac" file precedently exported/created with the "vehicles" folder
