New Signage for the Underworld

This mod replaces the "Hell Awaits" Billboard texture on the Highway. I found the original message unsettling, so I've created a new version and am sharing it with you.

Installation

1. Extract the contents of the "billboard replace files" folder and put them in an easily accessible location.
2. Launch OpenIV and navigate to:
   x64p.rpf/levels/gta5/_hills/cityhills_03/ch3_rd2.rpf
3. Enable edit mode in OpenIV and drag and drop these files from the "billboard replace files" folder:
   ch3_rd2_billboard01.ydr and ch3_rd2_billboard01+hidr.ytd
4. In OpenIV, find the file "ch3_rd2_lod.ytd". Open it and drag the "ch3_rd2b_billboard01_lod.png" image from the "place content in ch3_rd2_lod.ytd" folder you extracted. Place this image into the TXD viewer within OpenIV, then save your changes.
