New loading screen (inspired by D.Bowie)

Install instructions :

1. Start Open IV
2. Go to /Update / Update.rpf / X64/ Data / Cdimages / scaleform_frontend.rpf
2. Choose "Edit mode"
3. Replace "loadingscreen_startup.ytd" by the new one
4. Close OpenIV to save
