New Color Options Arrive for San Andreas Mercenaries Vehicles

Updated spawn colors for mp2023_01 vehicles.

Vehicles with edited variations: Brigham, Buffalo EVX, Clique Wagon, Hotring Hellfire, La Coureuse, MonstroCITI, Ratel, Stinger TT, Walton L35

Vehicles without edited variations: F-160 Raiju, Inductor, Junk Energy Inductor, Streamer216, Weaponized Conada

Installation: Take the carvariations.meta file from the archive and drop it in mods\update\x64/dlcpacks/mp2023_01/dlc.rpf/common/data
