This is located around where franklin aunt lives where all the friendly gang members spawn from

Install:

Step 1: Go to steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\x64g.rpf\levels\gta5\generic\gtxd.rpf and open it.

Step 2: Copy the files located in "Main Files" to the above directory
