This is my reworked popgroups.ymt and vehiclemodelsets.meta with the goal of adding MP DLC only vehicles (road, water and air) into single-player traffic in a sensible and realistic way. You won't see anything out-of-place or over-the-top spawning with this mod. I recommend you use this with More color variation for DLC cars by GLion.
