HOW TO INSTALL :

First of all Download OpenIV https://www.gta5-hub.com/tools/openiv

1. Open "OpenIV" and click at 'edit mode"
2. Open GTAV/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5
and put popcycle.dat in it
3. And Done!! ^_^

This Mod Make more police added on the street!! ^_^
and when you get one star or higher there are more police chasing you.
