To Mod Developers
You can see if someone has this dlcpack installed by a DLC::IS_DLC_PRESENT(MISC::GET_HASH_KEY("valuables")) check and/or checking if the models are valid with STREAMING::IS_MODEL_VALID.

I take zero credit since the models and textures were done by Rockstar Games and all I did was just a little bit of editing.
