A thunderstorm is brewing in the distance!

While messing around with some weather files in OpenIV, I thought I should create this little thing for those people wanting lightning bolts to crash without rain, so here it is :)

Optional: Using this mod alongside VisualV (https://www.gta5-hub.com/misc/visualv) will provide a more realistic and imposing feeling to the lightning strikes.
