1) Copy x64r.rpf to your "mods" folder, or make one yourself and copy them there.
2) In OpenIV, go into x64r.rpf\levels\gta5\_hills\country_02\cs2_08.
3) Replace "cs2_08_ghost.ytd" with the edited version.
