This mod adds FIB at 4-5 stars and STATE Police responding at 5 stars.
fib vans will replace SWAT vans in 5 stars in Blaine Country and Los Santos
LSPD with armor will spawn in 4 stars rather than 3 (except LSSD)
FIB roadblocks will spawn at 5 stars
annihilators will spawn at 4-5 stars
LSPD vehicles will spawn with police cruisers and interceptors
LSSD vehicles will spawn with sheriff cruisers
STATE POLICE vehicles will spawn with Unmarked Cruisers
FIB vehicles will spawn with Fib Buffalos
