Just for fun or prank your friends !

Install OpenIV and in edit mode put the unpacked archive in
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update.rpf\x64\textures\frontend.ytd

If you want you can make a mods folder with OpenIV but you can modifiy the original file but it's highly recommanded to use it
