Installation Instructions: 1. Open OpenIV and enable edit mode. 2. Navigate to the following file path within OpenIV: mods, x64i.rpf, levels, gta5, citye, downtown01, dt1 22.rpf 3. Replace the following files at the specified location: dt 122 bld1x dt1 22 bld1x hi dt1 22 bld2x dt1 22 bld2x hi dt1 22 bldg2 detail2b hidr dt1 22 lod Note: If the billboards vanish from a distance, increase the "(Extended Distance Scaling)" option in the settings menu.
