Hello,
I've changed Grove Street environment by replacing BALLAS gang with good old FAMILIES from GTA SA!
About mod:
- replaced ballas with families gang
- added few ballas gang members that are walking sometimes through the Grove Street
- Time variates, which means that Fam gang members won't be at the same place for 24/7
