**Description:** This is a remake of the famous "Welcome to Vice City" billboard found around the airport in GTA Vice City. If you have installed a Vice City map mod in GTA V, you can replace the banner with this high-quality remake. It features the same design as the original but with new pedestrians, textures, and an in-game scene from GTA V.
**Installation:** Use OpenIV to install. Navigate to "update - x64 - dlcpacks" and locate your map mod folder. Find the banner location within this folder.
**Note:** The billboard location varies depending on your Vice City map version. For example, in the "@lunchxbles" map version: The billboard location is "update - x64 - dlcpacks - vicecity - dlc - x64 - levels - gta5 - vicecity - airportn - ap_billboard.ytd"
