You will need OpenIV (http://openiv.com/) .

Installation of house :
1. Extract Files and open OpenIV
2. Navigate to Gta5 folder\x64h\levels\gta5\interiors\v_int_24
3. Drag and drop all files
4. Rebuild archive and launch game.
5. Enjoy

The mod change some texture in Franklin's house, reduce dirty objects
