Using OpenIV replace the file located here
Go to x64/Audio/sfx/Prologue.rpf
Enable Edit Mode
Drag the td_loading_music.awc from the file into the prologue.rpf
if it works it should say something about open formats
If you need it there is a backup of the original in the Folder
