UPDATE 2 : a little more adjustments


UPDATE : Get highest fps in gta

restart the game if you fell laggy
This is the mod for low specs PCs :D which will run gta with high fps

Install

1. Download OpenIV

2. Run OpenIV and go to GTA 5 Directory

3. Open Update folder then select common.rpf

4. Install ASI Plugin that comes up in app

5. Open common.rpf then data folder

6. Drag the files that is in the rar into that folder,
replace old one.

7.Then open update.rpf
