Executive and Criminal Vehicle Color Palette Refresh

This update refreshes the spawn colors for vehicles associated with the mpapartment.

Installation:

• Extract the carvariations.meta file from the archive.
• Place the extracted carvariations.meta file into the following directory: mods/update/update.rpf/dlc_patch/mpapartment/common/data

The chosen colors are inspired by real-life examples and personal preference.
